The Power of Community Gala, taking place on June 22, 2024, at the Marriot Marquis in Chicago, is a celebration of our vision - to advance the health and well-being of the communities we serve.
Today, Humboldt Park Health provides the health connection for over 600,000 individuals in the communities we serve to meaningfully manage and improve their health status - impacting the well-being of these communities and contributing to the economic and health equities of the City of Chicago.
